- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Actively promote residences through outreach and events
- Manage leads and the entire sales process
- Ensure compliance with sales standards and practices
- Collaborate with directors for effective marketing strategies Requirements:
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Public Relations
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience
- Proficiency in CRM and common business applications
- Valid transportation for community engagement
