Overview Uber for Business (U4B) is seeking a GTM Strategy Lead, also known as a Sales Operations Lead, to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across Sales and Revenue Operations. This role sits in the RevOps organization and focuses on: leading the commercial integration of acquired businesses into U4B and shaping the go-to-market strategy for emerging growth opportunities. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring comfort with ambiguity, alignment of diverse stakeholders around a shared vision, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable operating models.
You will collaborate with leaders across Sales, RevOps, Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Business Development to ensure new businesses and growth bets are brought to market successfully. What You’ll Do - Drive end-to-end commercial integration strategies for acquisitions, ensuring seamless onboarding into U4B/'s Sales and Revenue Operations ecosystem.
- Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, RevOps, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Corporate Development to meet key milestones.
- Design and operationalize scalable GTM models for new products, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop commercial operating models, sales processes, forecasting approaches, territory strategies, and operational workflows that enable successful launches.
- Identify operational gaps and opportunities, recommending process improvements that enhance sales productivity and customer experience.
- Translate complex initiatives into explicit decisions, priorities, and action plans to drive alignment.
- Establish success metrics, monitor execution, and ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
Basic Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in Strategy,
Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Management
- Experience in Consulting, Corporate Development, or a related field, including leading commercial or operational integrations following mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic transactions.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizations.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience partnering with Corporate Development or M&A; teams on post-close integration planning and execution.
- Track record of defining and executing GTM strategies for new products, markets, or business models.
- Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, sales process design, and RevOps best practices.
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD $123,000 per year - CAD $137,000 per year.
