Aspen Contracting is hiring Sales Representatives to work directly with homeowners on exterior improvement and restoration projects. This is a performance‑based role with solid earning potential and a clear path for growth.

We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want a long‑term career—not short‑term gigs.

Department: Sales

Location: 500 Minneapolis MN

Compensation: $60,000 - $160,000 / year

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments
- Conduct basic property assessments (training provided)
- Explain project scope and next steps to customers
- Work with internal teams to manage jobs from start to finish
- Maintain consistent follow‑up and communication

Qualifications & Requirements

- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and self‑motivated
- Comfortable working independently
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Time management and organization
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
