Join us on our journey to becoming the world's best baker!Main responsibilities:Within the continuous improvement engineering team, you will work on multiple projects related to operations, including manufacturing, hygiene, quality and maintenance.Collect and analyze data following a structured methodology (DMAIC)
in order to implement sustainable improvements in all aspects of operations.Within a multidisciplinary team, the continuous improvement engineer will support the planning and execution of key continuous improvement projects under the direction of the continuous improvement engineering team leader.Supporting the commissioning activities of recent equipment and new production lines.Create an environment conducive to continuous improvement and lean productionConduct training sessions for multiple teams, including production, hygiene, quality and maintenance.Contribute to troubleshooting and completing projects to enable them to bear fruit.Ensure that the work environment is always safe.About you:Post-secondary engineering education with a GPA of 3.5+ out of 4.0Bright, motivated, and aware of their future career goalsAbility to learn quickly, be ambitious, and propose new and creative ideasPositive attitude and results-oriented mindsetYou work well in a team-based environment and you support it.A "roll up your sleeves" mentality with a "whatever it takes" mindset to get the job done.Naturally curious and eager to learn and progressPossess excellent SKILLS analyticsHaving demonstrated the ability to interact with others and being able to lead and motivate a team.Flexible to work different hours if neededExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required.Have a good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeHave a valid driver's license.Bilingual (French and English)Candidates must be recent graduates.What is the recipe for a great career at Wonderbrands?At Wonderbrands, there's never a dull moment!
