Human Resources Exemption: No Experience 5+ years experience in healthcare organization and community health service Experience in leadership Education Health Care Administration diploma Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin) Nursing diploma Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Undergraduate degree in Health or Social Sciences Leadership training Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Competencies Advanced - Communication skills Advanced - Mobilizes people,
