This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows the Small Claims process inside and out and can manage a caseload independently, from intake through to judgment and enforcement.This is an in‑person position based at our downtown Toronto office, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We work closely as a team, and this role requires being on‑site to collaborate directly with counsel and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and file Small Claims Court documents, including Plaintiff's Claims, Defences, Motions, and NoticesManage the full lifecycle of small claims files — intake, disclosure, negotiation,
