Salary Range: CA$60,000.00 To CA$65,000.00 Annually Territory Sales Associate – Entry Level (Ontario) We are a growing North American building materials company specializing in extruded aluminum exterior cladding products. We service customers across Canada and the United States and are focused on growth, market share, and delivering outstanding customer service. We’re hiring a Territory Sales Associate in Ontario or surrounding area.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on sales experience in a recent industry. No prior sales experience required — training provided. If you need job experience right out of university, this is your opportunity!

Responsibilities

- Meet customers face to face within your territory
- Call customers to discuss projects and purchase orders




- Prepare material estimates and deliver samples
- Train new customers on product use
- Build demand with contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders
- Maintain consistent customer follow-up Qualifications:
- Positive, outgoing, and confident communicator
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Business or university degree required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- $45,000 base salary + uncapped commission
- First-year On Target Earnings: $60,000–$65,000
