Key Respons ibilties

- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client rel ationhips.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and identifying business o pportuities.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achie ve stor goals.
- Partner with the Store Manager to execute sales strategies and lead the sals floor.
- Maintain visual merchandising and oper ational ecellence.
- Support inventory control, loss prevention, and compliance wi th companystandards.
- Coach and develop team members while fostering a positive and collabor ative work nvironment.
- Participate in store opening and closing pro cedures as K ey Holder.





ualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in apparel or remium retail.
- Proven selling skills with a stro ng focus on clint development.
- Excellent commun ication and leadrship abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportu nities and adapt o business needs.
- Passion for delivering premium custome r experiences a ndachieving result.
