As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll be well-versed in the Salesforce environment, working across all aspects of user management — including support tickets, training, and solution design — with client satisfaction as a top priority. You'll build a foundation in consultative thinking, learning to understand the “why” behind requests and connecting your technical work to real business outcomes. What you'll be responsible for:
Work within various Salesforce instances, implementing declarative solutions and process automation
Perform data manipulation and migration
Troubleshoot system issues and debug errors
Execute QA activities, including test scripts, acceptance criteria, and validation
Produce clear, structured technical documentation
Support user enablement and training
Communicate proactively with your team, ask clarifying questions, and listen to understand user needs
Build positive working relationships and deliver accurate, on-time work What you'll bring:
0–2 years of Salesforce experience,
with a genuine interest in growing within the SFDC ecosystem A love of technology as a tool for solving company problems A demonstrated ability to learn complex tools and data structures, paired with a commitment to ongoing learning and skills development
Initiative in solving problems independently, including self-initiated research
Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, developers, partners, and client contacts An open attitude and willingness to embrace change and a variety of tasks A curious mindset and a habit of asking thoughtful questions before taking action
Strong listening skills with the ability to understand client needs, priorities, and context, including the "why" behind requests, in order to deliver meaningful solutions
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to execute work accurately and efficiently An awareness of the client's business environment and how your work contributes to their success, connecting day-to-day tasks to broader business goals and outcomes What we offer:
