Duties

- Perform professional hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and styling to meet client preferences.
- Conduct precise threading and waxing treatments to enhance facial features and body contours.
- Deliver personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable beauty solutions.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly, relaxing experience for every client.
- Assist with retail sales of beauty products to promote ongoing client satisfaction and loyalty.




- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during treatments to guarantee client comfort and safety.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1 years of proven hands-on experience working in a salon environment.
- Language Skills: Must be able to speak Punjabi and/or Hindi (since most of our customers speak Punjabi/Hindi), along with basic English communication knowledge.
- Solid knowledge of sanitation procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to perform body waxing and eyebrow threading with precision and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including at least 6 days a week, weekends, and evenings as needed.

- Training is available for qualifying candidates. All offers are subject to standard verification and performance guidelines.

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
