Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Basis Consultant with 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration and enterprise SAP landscape management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of SAP environments while ensuring high system availability, security, and performance.

This role requires extensive expertise in SAP ECC, SAP HANA, BW, SLT, Redwood Job Scheduler (RMJ), Active Control, and SAP NetWeaver technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain SAP systems across Development, QA, and Production environments.
- Administer and support SAP landscapes including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP PI/PO, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Fiori.
- Perform SAP system refreshes, client copies, transport management, kernel upgrades, and database migrations.
- Monitor and optimize SAP system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Administer SAP HANA databases, including performance tuning and system optimization.
- Manage SAP BW and SLT environments to ensure reliable data replication and reporting.
- Configure and maintain Redwood Job Scheduler (RMJ) and Active Control for job scheduling and transport automation.
- Manage SAP users, roles, authorizations,



and security compliance.
- Support high availability, disaster recovery planning, backup, and restore activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to support project implementations and production operations.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system standards.
- Support cloud and hybrid SAP deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Participate in SAP upgrade, migration, and S/4HANA transformation projects.

Required Qualifications

- 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- Robust expertise in SAP ECC, SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, SAP BW, and SAP SLT.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA administration, upgrades, and migrations.
- Hands-on experience with Redwood Job Scheduler (RMJ) and Active Control.
- Strong knowledge of SAP system installations, upgrades, patching, transport management, client copies, and system refreshes.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Fiori, and SAP PI/PO.
- Experience administering SAP systems on Linux, Unix, and Windows platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and performance tuning skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
