Our client is looking for a SAP SD/EDI Analyst for a permanent role in Montreal.

Position: SAP SD/EDI Analyst.

Type: Permanent.

Position Start Date: ASAP.

Location: Montreal.

Work Model: Hybrid 1 to 3 days onsite, more required at the beginning with flexible hours.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Language: Bilingual or English acceptable.

Location Requirement: Must be based in Montreal for hybrid work.

Role Overview The Functional Analyst will support SAP Order to Cash processes with a focus on SD and EDI. The role includes both project work and production support depending on business needs. The organization is currently undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and this role will contribute to ongoing implementation and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities - Work on SAP SD processes including Order to Cash, pricing, and related configuration.

- Perform functional analysis, requirements gathering, and system configuration.




- Support both project delivery and ongoing support and maintenance activities.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and enhancement projects.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful EDI integration and process execution.

Required Experience - Robust SAP SD experience with Order to Cash processes including pricing.

- Mandatory EDI experience with knowledge of EDI transaction sets including 850, 810, 860, 856, 852, 846, and 997.
- Experience working with IDocs.
- SAP S/4HANA exposure.

Experience in retail or fashion is an asset.

- Experience in SAP Business Analyst or Functional Analyst roles. Nice to Have - SAP Fashion or S/4HANA Fashion Retail experience.
- Strong BI or reporting experience even outside SAP environments.
