- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to payroll processes.
- Design and document scalable system solutions within the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll ecosystem.
- Liaise with technical and development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of system designs.
- Provide expert-level support and guidance to payroll teams, ensuring smooth system operation and compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and deliver training materials for end-users, promoting effective system usage and adoption of best practices.
- Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, evolving setting, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for both the U.S. and Canada, including implementation, development, testing, and support.
- Proven experience with SAP modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Deep understanding of P2P (Point-to-Point) replication, Employee Central Payroll configuration, delustering, and related integration tools.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance, including legal reporting, vacation premiums, Social Insurance, and CFDI (Mexico payroll compliance is a plus if relevant).




- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
