Must-Have Skills & Experience

- Experience leading training strategy and delivery for large-scale SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or business transformation programs.
- Strong experience in training needs analysis, curriculum design, instructional design, and role-based learning.
- Experience managing end-to-end training programs including planning, delivery, tracking, reporting, and learner readiness.
- Strong understanding of change management, adoption, readiness, and sustainment planning.
- Experience developing blended learning solutions including ILT, virtual training, e-learning, job aids, and train-the-trainer programs.
- Experience working with SAP business processes, LMS platforms, and training tools.
- Solid stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with business leaders, SMEs, functional teams, and vendors.
- Experience supporting role mapping, learner segmentation, security access readiness, and deployment planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred

- SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
- Experience with digital adoption platforms and simulations.
- Experience with role-to-position mapping
