POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking a Sous Chef for a permanent, full-time position to support the Head Chef at our Villa Jonquière residence. Daytime hours, full-time, 8 hours per day, one weekend out of two. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
