Position Title: Project Controls Manager Reporting to the Project Controls Director, the Project Controls Manager will play a critical role in supporting active projects by developing, maintaining and monitoring project budgets, schedules and ensuring accurate forecasting. What You’ll Do Here: Manage and oversee cost controls reporting, forecasting, scheduling, and project reporting. Work closely with the Operations team to develop and maintain the project construction schedule across the entire project life cycle. Create and implement key scheduling requirements such as coding, naming conventions, client requirements management protocol, project calendars and resource loading. Work with the Operations team to establish progress and quantity tracking processes. Analyze schedule variances, monitor schedule KPI’s and support resource planning and analysis. Performs productivity analysis of construction operations and identifies opportunities for improvements.
