We’re looking for aMember Services Coordinatorwho enjoys building strong relationships, coordinating meaningful work and creating positive experiences for people.This role focuses on member experience, governance support, appeals coordination, and continuous improvement.What you’ll doSupport and coordinate the member journey, from onboarding and appointments to participation and recognitionServe as a trusted point of contact for sub-council members, helping them stay informed, connected, and supportedCoordinate records, documentation, meetings, and governance processes that help sub-councils operate effectivelySupport appeals, hearings, meetings, and engagement activities through strong coordination and communicationIdentify opportunities to improve processes, tools, communications,
