Join BA Blacktop Ltd. as a Seasonal Emulsion Spray Truck Operator in the Fraser Valley. Operate essential equipment for paving while ensuring safety and efficiency in construction environments. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Foreman and be responsible for operating a Spray/Distributor Truck or Water Truck.
You will apply asphalt emulsions, maintain equipment, and assist paving crews in achieving project goals. Safety and dependability are keys to success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Spray/Distributor Truck or Water Truck
- Apply asphalt emulsion at specified rates for paving
- Perform dust control and water application activities
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment
- Report deficiencies and arrange for necessary repairs Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year operating a Water Truck or similar vehicle
- Valid Class 3 Driver's Licence with clean abstract
- Solid understanding of safe operating practices
- Physically fit for outdoor work in various weather
