What You'll Do Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences Use our GUIDE service program to listen, educate, and help guests find the right gear for their needs

Build trust through thoughtful questions, product knowledge, and genuine connection Drive Sales & Support Store Operations Support sales and conversion by helping guests make confident purchasing decisions

Assist with daily operations including cash handling, restocking, and maintaining a clean, inviting sales floor

Follow safety, security, and loss prevention practices Be Part of a Team-oriented Team Work closely with teammates to create a supportive, welcoming workplace

Participate in training to stay current on products, fit, and service expectations Live the Brand & Sustainability Mission Represent Fjällräven's values in every interaction

Educate guests on sustainability initiatives like the Arctic Fox Initiative and Down Promise
