Elite Warriors Security Ltd. is currently hiring professional and reliable Full time Security Officers to join our growing team in Vernon, BC. This role is ideal for individuals who are alert, disciplined, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

We are looking for officers who take pride in their presence, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular foot and mobile patrols of assigned sites
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other security risks
- Control access points and verify identification when required
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies professionally and promptly
- Write clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining authority and professionalism
- Enforce site rules, policies, and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and emergency services when needed

Requirements





- Valid BC Security Worker Licence (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong observation and situational awareness
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Skilled appearance and conduct at all times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Previous security experience is an asset (but not required)
