Duties

- Monitor and control access points to the facility, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to prevent unauthorized entry
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity across the premises and identify potential security threats
- Perform routine patrols of the property to deter theft, vandalism, or other unlawful activities
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or suspicious behavior by investigating and coordinating with emergency responders if necessary
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents,



and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Implement loss prevention strategies by monitoring for theft or inventory discrepancies and reporting findings accordingly
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to uphold a secure setting for all personnel and visitors

Experience

- Prior experience in law enforcement or security roles demonstrating strong observational skills and incident management capabilities
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and familiarity with CCTV systems for effective monitoring
- Experience in loss prevention methods to identify and prevent theft or damage
- Ability to respond swiftly and effectively during emergencies or security breaches
- Robust communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with emergency services or management
