You will oversee a diverse portfolio of initiatives including security tooling rollouts, control implementation, remediation programs, platform operationalisation and security‑related integration workstreams.

You will partner closely with the CISO, IT leadership, ROC function owners, business stakeholders, vendors and external partners to ensure security projects are well‑scoped, effectively planned and delivered with strong governance, communication and change management. This role reports to the CISO and works in close partnership with the IT Director and the Digital Solutions team to ensure alignment with project management standards, tools and best practices across the firm.

Compensation CAD$120,000 to CAD$140,000 base. The role is a 12‑month contract with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities - Lead end‑to‑end delivery of security programme projects across governance, ROC, global alignment and M&A;‑related workstreams, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget and in‑scope execution.

- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies,

decision points and resource allocation across concurrent initiatives.
- Coordinate delivery of key initiatives such as GRC platform operationalisation, DLP rollout, managed application management, secure browser deployment, endpoint policy alignment, vulnerability management programme stand‑up and tooling consolidation efforts.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, blockers and inter‑dependencies, driving timely resolution across Security, IT, vendors and business stakeholders.
- Ensure technical and process deliverables meet defined quality, compliance and security expectations, including readiness for frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO27001.
- Translate security requirements, audit findings and remediation needs into clearly defined scopes, deliverables, timelines and success criteria.
- Apply consistent project management frameworks, tools and documentation aligned with Digital Solutions and PMO standards.
- Establish clear governance across projects, including status reporting, steering cadences, decision logs, escalation paths and change control.
- Maintain a unified portfolio view across security workstreams, surfacing sequencing conflicts, resource constraints and delivery risks early.
- Serve as the central point of coordination across Security, IT, external vendors, auditors and cross‑entity stakeholders.
- Communicate complex security, risk and compliance topics in a clear and structured way for non‑technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Support rollout, adoption and transition planning for security tooling and policy changes, minimizing disruption to users and operations.
- Coordinate change management activities for user‑facing and operational security changes, including communications, testing, readiness and hand‑off to steady‑state teams.
- Provide project coordination support for urgent or elevated security remediation items,

helping structure and track response plans so critical issues continue to move forward.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery practices, playbooks and operating rhythm across Security, IT and Digital Solutions.

Qualifications - 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, programme delivery or PMO roles, with meaningful exposure to cybersecurity, risk, infrastructure or enterprise technology environments.

- Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives involving technical teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
- Strong project management fundamentals including planning, risk and issue management, governance, stakeholder communication and change control.
- Ability to translate security and compliance concepts into clear business‑friendly language and actionable project plans.
- Experience supporting security‑related initiatives such as control implementation, tool deployment, remediation programmes, policy rollouts or audit readiness activities.
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage a large portfolio of parallel workstreams with competing priorities and shared resources.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment and navigating ambiguity with structure and sound judgement.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting M&A; integration, vendor‑led implementations or regulated environment initiatives is considered an asset.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is considered an asset.
- For all positions in Québec, proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. English is required due to regular interaction with colleagues and external partners outside Québec.
