Security Technician

The Role

- Troubleshoot andrepair of a wide variety of security equipment such as alarm systems,CCTV, access control, intercoms, gates, and computer networks
- Install new systems and upgrades with accuracy to meet client needs andexpectations
- Uphold companyand industry standards for quality and within recognized guidelines
- Resolve clientconcerns and provide exceptional customer service, making recommendationswhere appropriate to ensure optimal system function
- Maintainaccurate service records, including detailed notes and inventory
- Work at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, aswell as lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to worksafely in a construction site environment is a must

Qualifications

- Must have aminimum of 3 years experience in the security industry, with in-depthknowledge of IP Cameras, access Control and Intrusion systems
- Ability totroubleshoot, repair, maintain and install equipment is required
- Comfort with working at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, aswell as to lift 50+ lbs




- Ability to worksafely in a construction site environment is a must
- Highdegree of accuracy and thoroughness
- Strongorganizational skills
- Proficientcommunication skills, both written and verbal
- Motivatedself-starter and effective team player
- Must have aclean criminal record, and a valid Driver's license
