Reporting to the Retail & Rentals Manager, the ideal candidate will have previous bike shop experience, customer service experience, and will be a team player. Come join our team and enjoy perks such as discounts on lodging and lessons, employee events, food and beverage discounts, and much more!You WillMaintain the working order, quality, and safety standards of our Scott rental bike fleetBike Assembly, inspection, repair, and do complete overall of fleet bikes and guests’ bikesWorking knowledge of bicycle components and repairsDirectly responsible for generating bike parts and accessory salesContinuous monitoring of inventory, tools, and parts, write draft orders for approval then place parts ordersKeeping records on all repairs and maintenance in accordance with company standardsMaintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace at all timesReceive shipments & restock inventoryProvide assistance with renting bikes and equipmentProvide excellent customer service as a priorityAbide, maintain, and contribute to RCR Policies, Safety Management Program,
