Role: API Developer (REST, Microservices, Cloud)

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid

Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the migration of existing

Azure / PCF applications to Atlas , including analysis, refactoring, and deployment.

Refactor backend services and UI components to ensure

cloud‑native readiness , scalability, and performance.

Collaborate with

Solution Architects, DevOps, and platform teams

to implement migration strategies and target‑state designs.

Update and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment scripts, and environment configurations to meet Atlas standards.

Ensure applications meet

security, compliance, resiliency, logging, and monitoring requirements

post‑migration.

Support integration with

REST APIs, Microservices, and API Gateway

during migration and stabilization.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience (5-6 years) with

RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API Gateways .

Hands‑on experience with

cloud platforms , preferably

GCP / Atlas , with exposure to Azure or PCF environments.

Solid debugging, performance optimization, and problem‑solving skills.
