We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who goes beyond the ledger- someone who brings clarity to complexity and turns financial data into meaningful insight. If you’re detail-driven, analytically sharp, and motivated to make an impact, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in how we grow and operate.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the month-end and year-end close with accuracy and efficiency
- Turning financial data into insights that support leadership decisions
- Deliver clear, reliable financial statements and reporting
- Identifying smarter, more efficient ways to get things done
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards while we scale
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash visibility
- In-charge of sale tax filing for multiple provinces & United States
- · Prepare year-end packages for external accountant’s tax filing purpose
- Partner cross-functionally across the business
- Drive process improvements and enhance reporting capabilities
- Support audits with confidence and professionalism

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA designation (completed or in progress preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a fast-paced environment




- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking – a builder’s mindset
- Curiosity, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Clear communication and negotiation skills and sound professional judgement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing focus
- Confidence collaborating with senior stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and reporting
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Comfort with change, ambiguity, and evolving priorities

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
