Senior Accountant

: Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. The Senior Accountant will oversee accounting operations and provide strategic financial guidance.

Responsibilities:

- Lead month-end close activities and prepare accurate financial statements.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Assist with the preparation of annual operating budgets.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Leadership experience is a plus
