Senior Accountant

: Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. The Senior Accountant will oversee accounting operations, financial analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements.
- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and provide training and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
