Practice Coach – FYidoctors Windsor – Walker Rd

Our FYidoctors Windsor – Walker Rd clinic is looking for someone with exceptional skills and experience to join us as a Practice Coach in a full‑time, 40‑hour per week role. The clinic is open Monday to Friday and the position focuses on driving operational excellence and fostering a patient‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead daily clinic operations to deliver exceptional patient experiences aligned with company strategy, goals, and values.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Regional Coach to strengthen leadership capabilities and achieve clinic objectives.
- Build and inspire motivated, high‑performing teams aligned with organizational goals.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by providing clear direction and cultivating a shared vision.
- Motivate and influence team members by empowering them, creating enthusiasm, and gaining support to achieve clinic objectives.
- Promote open communication through active listening and a transparent, trust‑based culture.
- Drive practice development by improving procedures, implementing initiatives, and optimizing patient care and clinic performance.
- Champion company initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement best practices to strengthen and enhance the brand.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience and creating value for every patient.
- Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications

- College degree or equivalent experience.
- 2‑4 years of management or supervisory experience.




- Previous experience in customer service and retail preferred.
- Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance.
- Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a team while driving organizational goals and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset.
