Base location: Head Office, Liberty Village, Toronto, with a hybrid work schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a key thought partner for Brand, Creative, Online, and Planning teams in developing financial plans that support the growth of Incubator brands.Collaborate directly with Brand & Creative teams to plan production and allocate budgets.Act as the primary point of contact for commercial decisions within Incubator.Establish healthy business models for each Incubator brand.Track weekly sales reports to keep teams informed of progress.Partner with Regions, Global Brand, and Incubator teams to review year‑to‑date spending versus planned budgets.Improve, maintain, and develop spending trackers tailored for incubator brand launches.Reconcile Purchase Orders (POs) in D365 against internal trackers to validate accrual accuracy.Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the Global Incubator portfolio, providing a monthly roll‑up of forecasts as part of the monthly financial Latest Estimate process.Analyze forecast variances against actuals and budgets, explaining discrepancies to management.Partner with Product Development teams to calculate profitability of new innovations.Oversee the full financial lifecycle of new launches, including pricing approvals and setup in D365.Conduct post‑launch reviews with senior leadership to detail total launch costs and realized return on investment.Create and automate financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency in the incubator model.Perform controls in a timely manner and retain evidence (calculations, sign‑offs)
for SOX compliance.SalaryBase salary range: $100,000 – $110,000. Exact salary will depend on experience, skills, education, and budget.
