Role Overview

Join the Infrastructure and Operations team as a Senior Bilingual Information Systems Analyst. In this role, you will support the design, configuration, and operational support of enterprise platforms, including advanced system analysis activities, solution design, and data integration. You will be responsible for ensuring that systems are stable, performant, and aligned with company standards.

What You Will Do

Perform business system analysis and solution design, translating business requirements into functional solutions. Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements by consulting with internal clients and stakeholders. Configure, support, and improve enterprise business systems to ensure secure daily operations for end-users.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field,



or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business system analysis, system design, or application support.
- experience in structured analysis, design, and programming techniques to deliver business system solutions.
- practical knowledge of collaboration and productivity tools and common user connectivity concepts.
- practical knowledge of data structures, including databases, data storage concepts, and data governance.
- demonstrated ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business decision-making.
- strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
