The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are face and provide solutions to these groups.

Responsibilities

- Develop new product and service oriented strategies

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.

- Solid experience within the

Payments domain

.

- Knowledge of payment processing and messaging standards such as:

- SWIFT

- ISO 20022

- ACH

- Wire Payments

- RTP / Instant Payments

- Cards & Digital Payments (preferred)





- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

- Strong requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with process modeling and business analysis tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

- Experience in banking or financial services organizations.

- Exposure to large-scale payment transformation programs.

- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and related tools.

- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent is a plus.
