This replacement opportunity is a 12-month contract, and the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:Deliver national campus recruiting initiatives and strategies within your assigned groupManage full cycle student recruitment of entry-level graduates, co-ops and internsProvide an exceptional talent experience for candidates throughout the recruitment processDevelop, coordinate and attend campus recruitment eventsDevelop and leverage relationships with key academic partners inclusive of faculty, career office employees, and studentsCollaborate with the Campus Team to develop, implement and manage National campus recruitment agendaDevelop and leverage relationships with Firm stakeholders, Group Leadership, HR Advisors and clients. Collaborate on the delivery of the campus program and be an active advisor.Elevate the Firm’s image and brand through strategic use of social media and other marketing tools and actively engage in creating contentBe a proactive leader, driving process improvements and operational efficiencies, championing new initiatives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and idea-sharing across teamsMonitor industry and market trends and implement strategies and new innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplaceTravel will be requiredHow do we define success for your role?You demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspect of your work: Integrity, Respect and CollaborationYou understand your client’s industry, challenges, and opportunities; clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high quality workYou identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clientsYou share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops,
