Your main responsibilities

- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of civil engineering projects for municipal, land development, transportation, and infrastructure clients;
- Manage projects from proposal through completion, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication;
- Prepare, review, and oversee technical reports, engineering designs, specifications, contract documents, and cost estimates;
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and quality control to engineers, EITs, technologists, and other project team members;
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and work collaboratively with internal specialists, clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders;
- Support business development initiatives through proposal preparation, client relationship management, networking, and identifying new opportunities;
- Participate in client, consultant, and contractor meetings and provide technical guidance throughout project execution;
- Conduct site visits, condition assessments, field reviews, and construction administration services as required;
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with applicable codes, standards, client requirements, and quality management procedures;
- Promote and uphold Englobe's health and safety culture in all aspects of project planning and execution.

What makes you unique

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
- Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in New Brunswick and/or Nova Scotia;
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience,



preferably within a consulting environment;
- Robust experience delivering municipal infrastructure, transportation, land development, and civil engineering projects;
- Demonstrated success managing projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining client relationships;
- Experience preparing engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents;
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related civil engineering software;
- Experience with Hydrocad, PCSWMM, and other hydraulic or stormwater modeling software is considered an asset;
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel occasionally throughout Atlantic Canada.

Qualifications:
