This full-time Superintendent role entails a focus on safety, mentorship, and establishing strong project teams. As a Senior Civil Superintendent, you will bring over a decade of civil construction leadership experience to Milestone.

You will manage field operations for diverse projects, employing your expertise in underground utilities, grading, and site execution. Your key responsibilities include leading team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and reinforcing Milestone's culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage civil construction projects from start to finish
- Lead safety and efficiency in field operations




- Coordinate various project resources and production timelines
- Mentor Foremen and future field leaders
- Foster relationships with project management and clients Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of civil construction experience
- 5+ years as a Superintendent or similar role
- Robust understanding of construction methods and logistics
- Class 5 Driver’s License essential
