Our client, a provincial capital markets regulator and member of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) , is hiring a Senior Regulatory Analyst to lead complex compliance reviews and shape Canada’s regulatory landscape.
Key Requirements
- Direct securities regulatory experience (required)
- External audit experience is required, i.e.: Big 4, equivalent, or experience within a securities regulatory body
- CPA or CFA designation
- 10+ years in regulatory / compliance / financial services

- Interpret and apply Canadian securities legislation
- Deliver regulatory reports and action recommendations
- Collaborate on CSA initiatives and policy work
- Mentor junior analysts and engage with industry stakeholders
