With a strong reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and long‑standing partnerships across the construction industry, they are currently seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to join their growing and dynamic team.

- Lead full tender lifecycle including quantity take offs, pricing, review, and submission - Analyze drawings, specifications, and addenda to produce detailed cost estimates - Solicit, evaluate, and manage subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure full trade coverage - Prepare and issue subcontractor bid packages and tender documentation - Coordinate with consultants, owners,



and internal project teams to resolve scope and technical issues - Manage prequalification submissions and bid compliance requirements - Maintain estimating accuracy aligned with company cost structure and margin objectives - Support buyouts, change orders, and cost reviews during construction - Prepare cash flow projections and cost summaries as required - Identify and pursue bid opportunities and maintain subcontractor call lists - Conduct site visits and attend pre‑bid meetings when required Requirements Mandatory - Minimum 8 years of estimating experience with a General Contractor - Proven experience tendering ICI and municipal projects - Robust understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and risk - Advanced Excel skills - Ability to read and interpret full construction drawing sets Preferred - Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating designation - Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
