In this role, you will deliver a variety of industrial projects, both domestic and international, and foster a spirit of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation within our growing Project Delivery Group. ADayintheLife

- Manage the Construction Execution Plan, Safety Management Plan, Environmental Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Requests for Information,Change Notices, Non-Conformance Reports, commissioning and energization processes, as-built completions, and contract compliance.
- Coordinate with engineering to ensure work is executed in accordance with design specifications, standards, and contractual requirements while prioritizing safety.




- Assistwiththerecruitment,development,andretentionofprojectteams,includinginternalteammembers,contractors,andsubcontractors.
- Establishandmaintainstronginterpersonalrelationshipstoeffectivelycommunicateandcollaboratewithindividualsatalllevels.
- Developremediationplanswiththeprojectteamtoaddressscheduleorcostissues.

WhatYou’llBringtotheTeam

- Aminimumof10yearsofexperienceasaConstructionManagerinthemining,pulpandpaper,orheavyindustrialsectors.
- Academicqualificationsand/orexperiencethatenableyoutoeffectivelyinterfacewithengineeringandmanagementteams.
- Aresults orientedapproachwiththeabilitytomanagemultiplecompetingprioritiesandtimelines.
- Stronganalytical,problem-solving,audit,andinvestigationskills.
- Demonstratedleadershipexperienceworkingwithmultipleinternaldisciplinesandexternalclientsacrosscivil,structural,process,electrical,mechanical,andothertechnicalareas.
- Workingknowledgeofcontracttermsandconditions,withtheabilitytomanageworkinaccordancewithcontractspecifications.
- Strongcommunication,interpersonal,andteam-buildingskillswithinadiverseworkgroup.
- Availabilitytoworkatprojectsitesasrequired,dependingonprojectneeds.
