Elevate community development with Mikisew Cree First Nation as a Senior Construction Manager. Lead projects from conception to completion with a focus on quality and compliance. This significant role within MCFN calls for an experienced construction professional with a history of managing multifaceted projects over a span of 7 to 10 years.

You will provide strategic leadership, manage financials, and enforce compliance with policies, while keeping transparent lines of communication with internal teams and stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure that the construction department meets its performance objectives and serves the community effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and steer the construction department’s strategic plans
- Manage team dynamics, recruitment, and evaluations




- Oversee all aspects of project contracts and deliverables
- Control departmental budget and resource allocation
- Communicate updates and obstacles to the Director monthly Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- 7 to 10 years in a construction management role
- CCM certification preferred for applicants
- Valid Class 5 AB driver’s license is necessary
