Responsibilities

- Act as manager in the client accounts department.
- Take responsibility for planning the work related to pension plan administration.
- Help with work supervision and verification.
- Monitor the progress of tasks and projects.
- Train and coach team members.
- Provide support for the team in carrying out a variety of special projects.
- Prepare and track the budget.
- Build client satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests, as well as those of members and trustees.
- Suggest ways of improving processes.
- Develop new business contacts, new agreements with existing clients, and help develop new markets with prospective clients.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science or other relevant training.
- Exceptional team spirit.
- Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Well‑organized and resourceful.
- Good communication and collaborative skills.
- Strong ability to manage and motivate a work group.
- Highly developed customer service skills.
- Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000. Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, and experience.
