driversand software Maintain and promote a safe and professional environment with a high levelof safety awareness and compliance Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the junior members of the team What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor/College degree in Robotics, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Master'sdegreepreferred. 8+years' experiencein manufacturing environmentswith automation systems programming and control, including industrial robots and PLCs Strong knowledge and experience in industrial robot programming, PLC/HMI, control panel, automation and electrical standards and best practiceswith provenhistory of commissioning manufacturing equipment PLC and HMI programming experience (Beckhoff experience will be a plus) Experience in designing fieldbus network architectures (EtherCATexperience will be aplus) Experience in Safety Programming Experience withperception systems such as force torque sensors, rangefindersand vision systems. Willingness toparticipatein a variety of technical areas in both software and hardware as needed to solve complex problems and achieve business impact Excellent analytical, problem-solving,communicationand organization skills Ability to work at our Calgary facility and travel up to 25% to other facilities as needed (Preferred)



Hands-on experience applying AI tools to automation and controls engineering such as code generation, troubleshooting, or optimizing control logic.
