- Capital & Investment Analytics: Partner with Treasury, Corp Dev, and Asset Management on capital allocation decisions; evaluate JV structures, monetization strategies, and investment returns; support financing, refinancing, and asset sale processes with robust analytics.
- Operating Model & Cross-Functional Alignment: Define and evolve the FP&A; operating model for a scaled, global xScale platform; coordinate inputs across regions, functions, and JV stakeholders to ensure a consistent financial narrative; align resource requirements and cost structures with business maturity (development vs. stabilized assets).
- Business Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to xScale leadership across development, operations,
and asset management; challenge assumptions and ensure financial discipline in decision-making; enable trade-off decisions balancing growth, returns, and capital efficiency.
- Process Excellence & Transformation: Drive continuous improvement in FP&A; processes, tools, and data integrity; support automation, standardization, and scalability of planning and reporting processes; enhance speed and quality of insights to keep pace with business growth.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing FP&A; team (direct and matrixed); develop talent, establish clear roles and accountability, and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration; partner across global teams to deliver a coordinated finance function.
Qualifications
Experience: 10–15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, or investment finance; experience in capital-intensive industries (e.g., infrastructure, real estate, data centers, or similar) strongly preferred; proven track record of supporting complex, global, and multi-entity environments (e.g., joint ventures, partnerships); experience working with senior executives and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Skills & Capabilities: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights; deep understanding of planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and performance management; ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels; strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities; experience driving process improvement and scalable operating models.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed organization; strong executive communication skills (written and verbal); high level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail.
Preferred: Experience with hyperscale infrastructure, data centers, or telecom; familiarity with JV structures, asset monetization, and investor reporting; experience working in a global organization across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
