This role involves supporting and overseeing a large team of medical professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and dentists, and holding executive accountability for research programs. The ideal candidate will be a highly regarded clinician with a deep commitment to patient-centered care, clinician wellness, and anti-racism,



and will have a proven track record in enhancing clinical quality and patient outcomes through collaboration with various partners.Candidates for the CMO position at the company should have a strong background in pediatrics, pediatric subspecialties, child and youth mental health, or a closely related specialty. The role requires a leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across multidisciplinary teams and a broad range of specialties within the children's health environment. Experience in managing and mentoring medical staff, particularly physicians and nurse practitioners, is essential. The successful candidate will be a practicing physician in an aligned discipline, with current registration or eligibility for registration with the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons.
