and workflow optimization initiativesChampion adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data insightsMentor team members and foster collaboration across global, matrixed teamsWhat you'll bring to the role:Ability to effectively manage multiple functions and initiativesDemonstrated expertise in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) with hands-on lifecycle management experienceProven ability to manage complex, high-sensitivity investigations in regulatory, litigation, or corporate environmentsExperience partnering with Legal, Compliance, Corporate Security, or HR stakeholders on investigative mattersStrong working knowledge of enterprise eDiscovery and e-communications tools (Microsoft M365) including defensible data collection and analysisExcellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent prioritiesStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detailEffective verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level reportingAbility to operate independently and collaboratively within a global, matrixed organizationHigh level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential informationAt least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this roleAll our positions are located in Montreal, Quebec.
