Columbia Basin Trust is looking for a Senior Electrical Reliability Engineer to enhance the operation of hydroelectric assets. Your expertise will ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective energy solutions. This permanent, full time role based in Castlegar requires technical leadership in maintenance program execution and capital improvement projects.
You will spearhead reliability-centered maintenance programs and drive improvements while managing projects to enhance equipment performance. Your work will play a crucial role in minimizing outages and supporting incident responses, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Manage projects from scope to execution and support
- Enhance engineering documentation and practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- P.Eng. designation or eligibility in BC
- At least 7 years of relevant engineering experience
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
