- Hands-on work with AirScale, Flexi, eNodeB, BBU/RRU
- Experience using NetAct or BTS Site Manager
- Fiber, SFP modules, router connectivity, grounding, and power installation
- RAN integration and commissioning
- Inventory/asset tracking and logistics coordination
