ADP is hiring a Senior Sales Financial Analyst.

ADP Canada is looking for a Senior Sales Financial Analyst to join our Sales Finance team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to the VP Finance and Sales Leadership, playing a critical part in shaping the financial strategy and performance of our Sales organization. You’ll bring a sharp analytical mind, a strong grasp of financial and operational drivers, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

We need someone who is proactive, flexible, and ready to step beyond the numbers- helping to influence decisions, improve processes, and support our leaders in driving business results.

Forecasting & Analysis: Partner with Sales Leaders to understand key business drivers, provide accurate forecasts, and deliver insights into performance trends.

Performance Reporting: Lead the creation of clear, impactful reporting that helps Sales Leadership assess results and take action.

Process Improvement: A degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA or other designation an asset).

3+ years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, or a related role.





Robust analytical and problem-solving skills—you can connect the dots between financials and business performance.

Highly organized and comfortable working under tight timelines with shifting priorities.

Advanced Excel skills with experience using tools such as Tableau or other data visualization/data mining platforms.
