Job Description As the Director of Sales, you are responsible for creating and executing sales strategies that support the overall strategic goals of the organization. You will be the champion of managing the company’s proactive sales efforts by leading and teaching your people to make business decisions that are focused on upholding the highest standards in guest service while delivering against key financial goals and performance metrics. Key Focuses Sales Leadership Leads, mentors, and motivates the sales team to drive performance and meet/exceed sales objectives.



Develops positive, proactive, and disciplined communication programs across the organization. Builds working relationships that support the achievement of organizational goals. Conducts weekly Sales (Hunter) Meetings to ensure fiscal revenue targets are being actively pursued and that their people are held accountable for agreed sales activities and performance against personal and team goals. Client Relationship Management Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with services. Identifies opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential. Conducts and structures meetings in a timely manner with a focus on building long-term value-based client relationships. Proposal Development & Strategic Planning Works closely with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase capabilities and address clients' specific needs.
