develop dashboards and briefing materials; analyze trends and riskdata; prepare recommendationsWorks with the Director of Enterprise Risk Management to develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction the organization and initiatives that contribute to enterprise risk managementLearn to grow and build a culture of continuous improvement and creativity aimed at innovation and system changeCollaborate with internal peers and influence program decisions regarding risk managementDevelop and deliver timely communication within the department, program and internal stakeholdersProvide risk management support and insight into significant program changesActs as organizations subject matter expert in enterprise risk managementSupports the implementation of an enterprise-wide risk management framework/model and associated reporting requirements in collaboration with the Director of ERMConduct assessments to define and analyze possible risks and evaluate the gravity of each risk by considering its consequencesDesign processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risksDevelop risk management controls and contingency plansProvides first level response to unexpected/urgent issues by applying judgement, analytical and decision-making skills to determine appropriate course of actionMonitor and respond to inquiries and to ensure timely communication with all stakeholders as well as facilitating resolution of complex and sensitive situations or precedent setting to satisfy needsWork in conjunction with the Director, Enterprise Risk Management to develop ERM program outcome indicators and utilize metrics to assess and drive performance, ensuring objectives are metActs as a resource to the organization in preparation for accreditation process/assessment in Enterprise Risk ManagementWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY:Police Vulnerable Sector Check RequirementsSuccessful candidates must have a Police Vulnerable Sector Check completed in the last six months.
