When we say we’re ALL IN, we mean we’re all in on you and your career.This position is located at our sales and service dealership in Langley, British Columbia.SalaryThis position is paid a base salary plus commission with expected first year on‑target earnings of $95,000 - $110,000.Canada Benefits PackageExtended Medical (including Vision)DentalPrescription benefitsRRSP with employer matching programLong Term and Short Term DisabilityLife Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment InsurancePaid Time OffOn‑going training opportunitiesIn this role, you would also be provided with a company vehicle.The OpportunityThe Product Support Representative (Outside Parts Salesperson – Truck Parts Sales) is a sales leader in heavy truck parts sales and will be responsible for selling heavy truck parts and accessories to new and existing customers. In this role you will also be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing maximum parts department profitability and sales volumes of assigned accounts within a designated territory. In this outside sales position you will call on customers, introduce products and promotions and provide superior customer service to all accounts in your territory.This position requires knowledge of heavy truck parts, commercial truck shop operations and/or experience in a truck dealership as parts technician/parts counterperson.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and achieve maximum sales volumes consistent with sales projections for assigned accountsProvide value‑added services with consistent customer visitsConduct new (cold) sales calls on a weekly basisMonitor operations of assigned accounts,
offer advice and assistance when required in areas such as inventory control, available services, new products and/or product enhancementsConduct sales calls with assigned accounts to introduce new products and promotionsProvide superior customer service to all accountsPlan territory coverage and manage time consistent with expectations of managementComplete customer call report with weekly summary of resultsControl personal expenses within the approved budget and submit weekly expense reportsInvestigate and refer customer issues to the appropriate Department Manager and/or General ManagerAssist counter personnel with orders, deliveries and customer inquiriesWhat We Look ForHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Qualification as a truck Parts Journeyperson preferredThree years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge of heavy truck parts and accessories, commercial truck shop operations and/or experience in a truck dealership as parts technician/parts counterperson required.Excellent sales skills, preferably in a related fieldProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Robust organizational skillsMust have valid driver’s licenseStrong business ethics with a professional approach at all timesWe are a great place to work—with competitive pay and benefits, mentorship, growth opportunities, and a culture that prioritizes teamwork, safety, and community support.
